About

Running together, connecting communities

Nepal Run Australia is a community-driven running and fitness initiative bringing together people who share a passion for running, healthy living, friendship and community service. It is inclusive of beginners, kids, women and experienced athletes, and connects Nepalese heritage with multicultural Australia.

Background

How Nepal Run Australia began

NRA grew from a simple passion for running and a desire to create a supportive community. Individual runners came together to share experiences, encourage one another and participate collectively.

Members now take part in parkruns, fun runs, half marathons, marathons, ultra trail events and major running events in Australia and overseas, while also volunteering, fundraising and supporting community initiatives.

“Running brings people together, and together we can make a difference.”
